Attention: Changes to Building Codes Regulations for Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarms

Last fall, building codes regulations were updated in response to carbon monoxide poisoning incidents. That's why residential building owners must install both smoke and carbon monoxide alarms by July 1, 2022.
