The RM of Estevan has Municipal Land for sale by Live Auction. Parcel B in SE-35-2-8-W2, formerly the RM's Public Works shop and yard. 

LIVE AUCTION | DECEMBER 16, 2026 at 12:00pm

Must be present to bid or have a proxy present to bid on your behalf.
BIDDING OPENS ON DECEMBER 16 at 12:00 pm on site only, and closes at completion of the sale on the same day.

Property Details:

  • 7 Acre Parcel
  • 4 Buildings (3 of which are interconnected)
    • Main Shop 100 x 50 ft. 4 bay doors; 2 doors on south side and 2 doors on the east side
    • Quonset -  40 x 65 ft
    • Shop 3 - 44 x 26 ft
    • Metal building - 60 x 26 ft
  • Office space - 28 x 14 ft
  • Fenced and gated property. Barbed wire on 3 sides, front and gate is chain link.
  • Fuel tank included
  • Dust Control tanks to be removed (not included)
  • Gravel piles are not included in the sale. Purchaser to enter agreement allowing the RM access to piles until used.
  • Zoned Agricultural Resource. May require rezoning or discretionary use depending on the purchaser's intended property use.

 

Terms of the Sale:

  • Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids;
  • Highest bidder may not necessarily be accepted;
  • Sale is subject to final approval by Council;
  • The successful bidder shall enter into a purchase agreement with the municipality at the time of sale;
  • Bid must be accompanied by a deposit of 10% of the total bid amount by certified cheque or bank draft;
  • The successful bidder will have 30 days to pay the balance of the bid amount or the deposit will be forfeited;
  • The property is sold “as is” with no representations or warranties made by the R.M.
